I lived in the apartment from 2017-2018, it was good when I moved in, but it got worse and worse. The property management became very bad, the manager (A bangladesh guy) in this building was very rude to us. Hope he has been fired now.

Moved in 2 weeks ago. It really is luxury living as advertised. Indoor Pool Gym access. They don't even tell you about the awesome free library maintained by a resident librarian. And a quaint little coffee shop on the corner of Building A - They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a fair price.
William s court has an extensive lawn and garden sprinkling system that should be operating to support the grass,shrubs and trees in centre court.Unfortunately the system is only partially functioning due to lack of maintenance,allowing large areas of grass,west of the flag pole to turn brown and potentially terminate. Three years ago the entire centre court was lush and green; now it resembles an abandoned back yard. The sprinkling system is there; lets use it! Bill the guy who digs weeds.
Lived here for three years and it is luxury living worry free. Friendly with lots of organized events. Highly recommended.
